Went to collect parcel from post office and was advised cant collect until monday morning as the person behind counter didnt have keys.
Spoke to dpd and they wanted to speak to him but he refused and was very rude.
If anyone is collecting a parcel dont go after 12.30pm on a saturday or anytime on sunday.
The store needs to update their opening times to collect parcels and advise dpd

As others have said, staff are friendly and pleasant, but opening hours are only for the convenience shop, not other services. I’ve been trying to collect a parcel for a couple of days now and keep having to try again the next day as the post office section of the shop is not available as advertised.
